Application Process
The application and recruitment process at UL's Transaction Security service line is organised in an efficient manner. Our Recruitment department takes care of your application and provides regular feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Step 1: Applying
To make a quick and efficient match to a department, business unit and/or subsidiary it is important to receive an up-to-date CV and a covering letter to elaborate on the kind of role you are looking for and which positions at UL you find interesting. You can send your CV & covering letter by filling out the application form which you can find in the vacancy of your preference (please see our vacancies for all vacancies). For an open application you can fill out the open application form.
Step 2: Review and selection
The Recruitment department will review your application within a few days and you will be contacted to discuss the next steps. If we see a possible match we will contact you for a first interview.
Step 3: 1st Interview
The first interview takes place with one or more people from UL. The purpose of this interview is to get acquinted with each other; to hear more about Collis and you can elaborate on your work experience and background.
Step 4: 2nd Interview
When we are positive on both sides after the first interview we often organise a second interview to gain deeper knowledge of your background, abilities and possible roles. Of course also to give you more information concerning the possibilities at UL Transaction Security (what we can offer you).
Step 5: Assessment
For several roles at UL we organise an assessment. During the assessment we will simulate a realistic working situation in which you will be able to demonstrate your abilities to fulfil the role you are applying for. It will also give you a clear picture on UL as a company, the people, the atmosphere, the culture as well as clear expectations on the role you would take on.
Step 6: Job offer
If the previous steps were all successful, you will receive a job offer within a few days.
